The Samsung Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy A30s's overall score of 79.8. Even though Samsung Galaxy S20 and Samsung Galaxy A30s were only released 6 months apart, the Samsung Galaxy S20 construction is just a bit thicker but also just a little lighter than Samsung Galaxy A30s. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has a newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A30s has Android 11 version, providing you some nice extra features and increased performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A30s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy S20 features a lot better screen than Galaxy A30s, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a much better pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy S20 has a little bit better storage for apps and games than Galaxy A30s, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 has a superior camera than Galaxy A30s, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low light captures and videos and a lot less mega-pixels resolution camera, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video definition.
Galaxy A30s's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery lifetime in Galaxy S20.
