The Samsung Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A50s's general score of 86.6. The Samsung Galaxy S20 body is just a little thicker but just a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy A50s, and they were only released 5 months apart. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 has a newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A50s has Android 10.

Samsung Galaxy S20 has a little sharper screen than Galaxy A50s, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 3200 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A50s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy A50s takes a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low-light images and videos and a tinier back camera sensor giving a worse image quality, and they both have the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A50s also counts with a camera in the back with a lot better resolution and faster video frame rates.

The Galaxy S20 counts with a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A50s, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy S20 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy A50s has a battery lifetime that's very similar to Galaxy S20's battery duration.
