The Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G's global score of 90.8. The Galaxy S20 design is lighter and just a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, although they were only released with a couple months difference. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A51 5G has Android 11 version, providing a couple additional features and performance enhancements.

Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A51 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S20 has a little bit better screen than Galaxy A51 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a higher pixel amount in each inch of screen.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier camera sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality and a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels and higher 30 fps video frame rates.

The Galaxy A51 5G counts with as much storage capacity to store more apps and games as the Samsung Galaxy S20, they have a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB and the same 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy A51 5G features a bit superior battery duration than Galaxy S20, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A51 5G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A51 5G. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A51 5G, giving up some specs and features.
