Samsung Galaxy S20 is much better than Galaxy C5, having a 94.8 score against 76.4. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has an older 13 version while Galaxy C5 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Samsung Galaxy S20's construction is much newer, but heavier and thicker than Galaxy C5.
Galaxy S20 has a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy C5, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 also has more RAM. The Galaxy S20 features a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy C5, because it has a way better resolution of 1440 x 3200, a larger screen and a better display density.
