Samsung Galaxy S20 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M13, getting a 94.8 score against 81.1. These phones have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has a newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy M13 has Android 12. Samsung Galaxy S20 is an noticeably older device than Samsung Galaxy M13, but Samsung could make it lighter and a bit thinner.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 counts with a bit superior CPU than Galaxy S20, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S20 features a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy M13, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a higher number of pixels per inch of display.
