The Galaxy S20 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M51, with a 94.8 score against 87.7. Samsung Galaxy M51 has a superior camera than Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier camera sensor which offers a worse image and video quality, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also counts with faster 30 fps video frame rates and a way better 64 megapixels resolution camera in the back.

Galaxy S20 has a bit bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M51, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy S20 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy M51 counts with a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
