The Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is much better than the Galaxy Note 3's 81.2 overall score. The Galaxy S20 is a much newer device, and it is also a bit thinner and a little bit lighter than Galaxy Note 3. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 has newer 13 version and Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 version, so it gives some additional features.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a screen that's very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20 one, although the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a quite smaller display, a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a lot less pixels per inch of screen. The Galaxy S20 features just a little better performance than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a higher amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S20 has a superior storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and more internal storage. The Galaxy S20 has improved battery duration than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3200mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S20 takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a less megapixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture, a much better 7680x4320 video definition and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Note 3. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20, else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, letting go some specifications.
