Galaxy S20 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S10, getting a 94.8 score against 88.3. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S10 has Android 11 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and increased performance. Galaxy S20's design has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy S10, but it's a little heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy S10, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with a screen that's just as good as the screen in Samsung Galaxy S20, although the Samsung Galaxy S10 has a quite lower 1440 x 3040 resolution, a little smaller display and a just a little worse pixel number per inch of screen.
Galaxy S20 counts with a slightly bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S10, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S20 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting pictures and videos in low-light environments, and they both have a back-facing camera with a 12 MP, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a lot higher video quality and a much bigger camera sensor shooting much better quality videos and pictures.
The Galaxy S20 features longer battery duration than Galaxy S10, because it has an 18% more battery size.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S10. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy S10, letting go a couple features and specs.
