The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is just a bit better than the Galaxy S20, with a general score of 98 against 94.8. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is thicker and noticeably heavier than Galaxy S20. Both of these phones come with the same Android 13 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a processing unit that's very similar to the Galaxy S20 one, both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Galaxy S20 has a little bit better looking display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a little better display pixels density.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's storage capacity for games and applications is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S20's one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory and an external SD slot that allows up to 1000 GB. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy S20, letting go some features and specs.
