Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 is much better than Galaxy S25, getting a 94.8 score against 82.6. Both devices we are comparing have Android OS, but Galaxy S20 has older 13 version and Galaxy S25 has Android 14. The Galaxy S25 has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S20, although it has a lot lower 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and way lesser pixels per inch in the display, they both have a screen of the same size.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a much greater storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 counts with a much better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S25's battery duration is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20 one. The Galaxy S25 takes better photos and videos than Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same video quality and the same camera aperture, the Galaxy S25 also has a much higher resolution camera in the back, a larger sensor taking better quality photos and better video frame rates.
Galaxy S20 is more expensive than the Galaxy S25, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
