Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S25 Ultra's 90.7 general score. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has older 13 version and Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14 version. The Galaxy S20 features a much better performing CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra. They have a Octa-Core CPU and 12 GB of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels quantity per inch of display and a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Galaxy S25 Ultra shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same 7680x4320 video definition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a lot larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures, better 30 frames per second video frame rate, a back facing camera with a way higher resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light captures.
Galaxy S20 counts with a better memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
