The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is a lot better than Galaxy S4's overall score of 79. The Samsung Galaxy S20 construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy S4, but it is heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4.
The Galaxy S4 counts with a bit better display than Galaxy S20, although it has a quite worse amount of pixels per inch in the screen, a little bit smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S20 counts with a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S4, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 features a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S4, because it has a 54 percent larger battery capacity.
Galaxy S20 takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has a camera with a lower resolution, it also counts with a way larger sensor, a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited situations.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S20, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S4, letting go some features and specifications.
