The Samsung Galaxy S20 is slightly better than Galaxy S6, getting a 94.8 score against 87.4. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 has newer 13 version and Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user some extra features. Samsung Galaxy S20's construction is noticeably newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than Galaxy S6.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a more vivid display than Galaxy S20, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixel amount per inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a little faster CPU than Galaxy S20, because although it has 9 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bits CPU.

The Galaxy S20 features a way bigger memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S20 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a back camera with a much lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a way larger sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality, a bigger aperture to capture better low light captures and a way better 7680x4320 video definition.

Samsung Galaxy S20 features a superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S6. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S6, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
