Comparison review
Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a bit better than Xperia 1 II's general score of 91. Galaxy S20 is a just a little lighter device than Xperia 1 II, but they are equally thin. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has newer 13 version while Xperia 1 II has Android 11 version, counting with some nice extra features and a performance increase.
Sony Xperia 1 II counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S20, because it has a slightly better 1644 x 3840 resolution, a quite bigger display and a quite higher pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little bit better performance than Xperia 1 II, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S20 has a slightly better camera than Xperia 1 II, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for capturing photographs or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have a same size back camera sensor and the same resolution camera, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a way higher video resolution.
The Sony Xperia 1 II features a much greater memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S20, and although they both have an external memory card slot that supports up to 1000 GB, the Sony Xperia 1 II also has 128 GB more internal memory. Sony Xperia 1 II's battery performance is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy S20 one.
