Galaxy S20 is much better than the Xperia XZ Premium, with a 94.8 score against 79.8. The Galaxy S20 body has the same thickness than Xperia XZ Premium, but it's lighter. The Xperia XZ Premium has a more vivid screen than Galaxy S20, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a better pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1000 GB and 64 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy S20 features a little bit better hardware performance than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
