Comparison review

The Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is a lot better than the Xperia Z4v's overall score of 78.8. Even though Galaxy S20 is a bit heavier than the Xperia Z4v, it's just a bit thinner and noticeably newer. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version and Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1, so it offers a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.

Sony Xperia Z4v has a little sharper screen than Galaxy S20, although it has a little bit inferior pixel amount in each inch of display, a little bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a bit smaller display. Galaxy S20 counts with a bit faster CPU than Sony Xperia Z4v, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 also counts with 9 GB more RAM.

Galaxy S20 features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z4v, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 has longer battery life than Xperia Z4v, because it has a 33 percent more battery size.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a slightly better camera than Sony Xperia Z4v, because although it has a back camera with way less megapixels, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture, a way bigger back camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos and a lot higher video quality.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Sony Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia Z4v. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Sony Xperia Z4v, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
