The Galaxy S20 is way better than the Xperia Z5, getting a global score of 94.8 against 77.6. The Galaxy S20 body is a lot newer than Xperia Z5's, although it is just a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has a newer 13 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version.
