Comparison review
Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is a lot better than Xiaomi 12's 78.8 global score. The Galaxy S20 is an older phone than the Xiaomi 12, but Samsung managed to build it a little lighter and just a little bit thinner anyway. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version and Xiaomi 12 has Android 12 version, so it offers lots of additional features and optimized performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a much more powerful processor than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 and Xiaomi 12 both have really similar displays, because although the Xiaomi 12 has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a way worse display pixels density, it also counts with a little bigger display.
Xiaomi 12 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S20, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos, and they both have the same 7680x4320 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi 12 also counts with a much higher 50 MP resolution back-facing camera and a larger sensor shooting better quality videos and photographs.
Galaxy S20 features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy S20 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Xiaomi 12 features a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
