Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is much better than the Xiaomi 12S Ultra's general score of 81. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version while Xiaomi 12S Ultra has Android 12, giving you lots of additional features and a performance increase. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a little sharper screen than Galaxy S20, because although it has a bit lower pixel density, and they both have an equal resolution of 1440 x 3200px, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra also counts with a bit bigger display.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a much powerful processor than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy S20 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor taking lower quality photographs and videos and a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 24 fps video frame rate and the same 7680x4320 video quality, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra also counts with a lot more mega pixels camera in the back.
