The Samsung Galaxy S20 is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, with a 94.8 score against 83.8. The Samsung Galaxy S20 body is newer, just a little bit thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S20 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 3200 resolution. The Galaxy S20 has a better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
