Galaxy S20 is much better than the Xiaomi POCO F5 Pro, with a global score of 94.8 against 79.5. Galaxy S20's design is just a little bit thinner and lighter than Xiaomi POCO F5 Pro, even though it was released 3 years before. Both of these phones use the same Android 13 OS (Operating System). Galaxy S20 counts with a very superior CPU than Xiaomi POCO F5 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory.
