Samsung Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is better than the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G's 81.5 global score. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 has a newer 13 version while Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, giving you a couple additional features and improved performance. Samsung Galaxy S20 is an older phone than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G, but it is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner anyway.
