Galaxy S21 FE is much better than LG Q70, with a overall score of 89.1 against 77.9. Galaxy S21 FE's design is newer, a bit thinner and lighter than the LG Q70. Both devices we compare here have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S21 FE has a newer 11 version while LG Q70 has Android 10.
