Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has an overall score of 89.1, which is much better than the Moto G60's overall score of 79.5. Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features. Although the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and the Moto G60 were only released with a couple months difference, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is much thinner and extremely lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto G60, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy S21 FE has a little bit better screen than Moto G60, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel density.
