Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S21 FE has an older 11 version while Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Galaxy S21 FE is a notably newer cellphone than the Galaxy C7, although it's somewhat thicker and a little heavier.
The Galaxy S21 FE has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy C7, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a quite better pixel number per display inch and a little bigger display. Galaxy S21 FE features a bit bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
