Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is just a bit better than the Galaxy S21 FE, with a 98 score against 89.1. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Galaxy S21 FE has Android 11, so it provides the user lots of additional features and increased performance. Although it's the best in this comparison, we must note that it's also older, somewhat thicker and extremely heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, because it has a bit larger screen, a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a greater display pixel density.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a way better video definition and a back camera with a much higher resolution. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features much more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S21 FE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S21 FE. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S21 FE, letting go some features and specs.
