The Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S21 FE's score of 89.1. Xperia 1 III is a better phone than the Galaxy S21 FE, it must be told that it's also a a bit thicker and just a bit heavier phone. Both of these devices come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both of them should provide you the same OS features.
The Xperia 1 III has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has more RAM memory. Xperia 1 III counts with a much better display than Galaxy S21 FE, because it has a way better 1644 x 3840 resolution, a little larger display and a way better count of pixels per inch of display.
