Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than Google Pixel 3a XL, having a 98.1 score against 78.9. Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is newer than Google Pixel 3a XL's, although it's way heavier and just a little thicker. These phones include the same Android 11 OS (operating system). Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has just a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a much sharper display than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a little bigger display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a greater count of pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra captures much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos, a lot better video definition and a camera with lot more MP.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features greater battery life than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 3a XL. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, else you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3a XL, letting go some features and specifications.
