Galaxy S21 Ultra is better than the LG V30S ThinQ, with a 98.1 score against 82.5. Although the Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot newer than the LG V30S ThinQ, it's thicker and noticeably heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has the previous 11 version while LG V30S ThinQ has Android 8.0 Oreo.

Galaxy S21 Ultra features a brighter display than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit lower number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bigger screen and a slightly higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. LG V30S ThinQ has a very superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.

Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit superior processing unit than LG V30S ThinQ, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a superior battery life than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3300mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much better camera than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking photos in low-light environments, it also counts with a much better video quality, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality and a back camera with a lot better resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a bit more expensive than the LG V30S ThinQ, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
