The Galaxy S21 Ultra is way better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, having a score of 98.1 against 77. These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version. Although it's the best in this comparison review, it must be noted that it's also noticeably older, extremely heavier and somewhat thicker.
Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a much greater hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a little bit better looking screen than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because it has a greater pixel density, a quite brighter screen, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 and a bit larger screen.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra feature really similar memory capacity for applications and games, they have the same 128 GB internal memory.
