Galaxy S21 Ultra's construction is just a bit thinner but a bit heavier than the Moto G100, and both were released with only 3 months difference. These phones come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a brighter screen than Moto G100, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a bit bigger display and a better pixel number per screen inch. Motorola Moto G100 features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy S21 Ultra, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Moto G100 counts with much more storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Moto G100 also has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
