Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is way better than Motorola ThinkPhone, having a 98.1 score against 78.9. Both phones in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has older 11 version while Motorola ThinkPhone has Android 13 version. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison, we must note that it is also much older, heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a much better performance than Motorola ThinkPhone, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a brighter screen than Motorola ThinkPhone, because it has a quite bigger screen, a better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a little brighter screen and more pixels per screen inch.
The Motorola ThinkPhone has a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, because it has more internal storage. Motorola ThinkPhone and Galaxy S21 Ultra both count with very similar batteries. The Galaxy S21 Ultra takes way better photographs and videos than Motorola ThinkPhone, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a much more MP back-facing camera and a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality photos.
