Galaxy S21 Ultra is better than Samsung Galaxy A50, with a score of 11.67 against 9.98. Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is newer than Samsung Galaxy A50, it is incredibly heavier and thicker. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A50, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM.

Galaxy S21 Ultra has a lot better looking screen than Galaxy A50, because it has a higher pixel density, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a quite bigger display. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a lot better camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for taking photographs in low-light environments, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor, a lot better resolution camera in the back and a much higher 7680x4320 video quality.

The Samsung Galaxy A50 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy A50, because it has a 25% greater battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A50. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy A50, resigning a couple features and specifications.
