Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, having a overall score of 98.9 against 98.1. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra body is just a little thinner and a bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, even when they were released with only 5 months difference.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S21 Ultra. Both of them have 8 processing cores and a 12 GB RAM memory.
