The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is way better than Galaxy Note 4, having a general score of 98.1 against 81.6. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's construction is noticeably newer than the Galaxy Note 4's, although it's just a bit thicker and way heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has 11 version while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and optimized performance.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and 9 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy S21 Ultra features just a bit better display than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a bit better pixels quantity in each inch of display, a little bit higher 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution and a larger screen.

Galaxy S21 Ultra features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture for better captures in low light situations, a lot bigger sensor providing a much higher image quality, a way higher resolution back camera and a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 4. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy Note 4, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
