Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 11.67, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite's 10.67 global score. The Galaxy S21 Ultra construction is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite's, but it is somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker. Galaxy S21 Ultra features a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy S10 Lite, because it has a greater pixels amount in each screen inch, a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a little bigger display.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM. Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1000 GB.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, because it has a lot higher resolution camera, a much better video quality, a way larger camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures and a bigger aperture.

Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S10 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S10 Lite. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S21 Ultra, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S10 Lite, resigning some specifications.
