Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is a bit better than Galaxy S20's overall score of 94.8. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is a newer device than the Galaxy S20, but it's somewhat thicker and extremely heavier. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has older 11 version and Galaxy S20 has Android 13.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a better display than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a just a little lower screen density, and they both have the same 1440 x 3200 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also counts with a little larger display.
