Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S25 Ultra's overall score of 90.7. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Galaxy S21 Ultra has the older 11 version while Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14 version. Galaxy S25 Ultra has a bit sharper display than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has a little bit worse pixels number in each inch of display and a quite lower 1440 x 3088 resolution, and they both have a display with the same size, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also counts with much more display brightness.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a much more powerful CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and 8 CPU cores. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a larger sensor which provides a better photo and video quality, a larger diafragm aperture, higher 30 fps video frame rates and a much more MP back facing camera.
