The Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is way better than the Galaxy S8's 81.7 general score. The Galaxy S21 Ultra design is much newer than the Galaxy S8's, but it is thicker and notably heavier. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a brighter display than Galaxy S8, because although it has a bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a bit higher 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution and a larger display. Galaxy S8 counts with a little bit better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 256 GB.
Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking images in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a back camera with a much higher resolution, a much higher video resolution and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy S8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S8. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S21 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy S8, giving up some specs and features.
