The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 11.67, which is a little bit better than Xperia 5 III's global score of 10.78. These devices come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. Although it's the best cellphone in this review, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is an a lot heavier and a bit thicker cellphone than Xperia 5 III.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features just a bit better processing power than Xperia 5 III, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM memory. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a better screen than Xperia 5 III, because it has a bit more pixels per inch of screen, a little bit bigger display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px.

Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much better camera than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for taking images and videos in low-light environments, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a camera with way more mega pixels and a lot bigger sensor.

The Xperia 5 III has a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit longer battery life than Xperia 5 III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
