Galaxy S21 Ultra has a general score of 98.1, which is a lot better than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC's 81.6 score. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has a more recent 11 version and Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has Android 10, so it gives some extra features and performance optimizations. The Galaxy S21 Ultra body is just a little bit heavier but a bit thinner than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, and both were released with only a few months difference.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a bit better performance than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, because it has a higher pixels density, way more display brightness, a little bigger screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has a slightly bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, because it has a larger aperture, a way higher 108 megapixels resolution back camera, a much bigger camera sensor shooting way better quality pictures and videos and a much higher video definition.
Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC features just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, because it has a 5160mAh battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
