IPhone 14 Pro Max is slightly better than the Galaxy S21, getting a global score of 94.9 against 91.8. The iPhone 14 Pro Max works with iOS 16.x operating system, and Galaxy S21 counts with Android 11 operating system. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is a much heavier cellphone than Galaxy S21, but they are equally thin.
The Galaxy S21 has a bit more vivid display than iPhone 14 Pro Max, although it has a bit smaller display, a bit less pixels per display inch and a quite lower 1080 x 2400 resolution. Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max's memory to install applications and games is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S21's one, they have the same internal memory.
IPhone 14 Pro Max has a better performing processing unit than Galaxy S21, because although it has less cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max features a little longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S21, because it has 4323mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The iPhone 14 Pro Max features just a bit better camera than Galaxy S21, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a same size diafragm aperture, the iPhone 14 Pro Max also has a back-facing camera with way more MP and higher video frame rates.
Although iPhone 14 Pro Max is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy S21, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S21. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPhone 14 Pro Max, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S21, giving up a couple features and specifications.
