The Samsung Galaxy S21 is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 4a 5G, with a score of 91.8 against 87.5. Although Samsung Galaxy S21 and Google Pixel 4a 5G were released only 2 months apart, Samsung Galaxy S21's construction is just a little bit thinner but a little bit heavier than Google Pixel 4a 5G. These devices have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features.
The Galaxy S21 counts with a bit better CPU than Google Pixel 4a 5G, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S21 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S21 has a much better screen than Google Pixel 4a 5G, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy S21 also has a little better pixel density and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400.
