The Galaxy S21 is better than HTC U Ultra, having a 91.8 score against 77. Galaxy S21's design has the same thickness than HTC U Ultra, but it is just a little bit heavier. The Samsung Galaxy S21 has a bit better CPU than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of faster cores.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a bit more vivid screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little larger display.
