Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S21 is a bit better than Huawei P40, with a 91.8 score against 86.4. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S21 has newer 11 version while Huawei P40 has Android 10. The Samsung Galaxy S21 is a newer phone, and it is also just a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than Huawei P40.
The Galaxy S21 counts with a more vivid screen than Huawei P40, because it has a little better quantity of pixels in each screen inch, a little bit bigger screen and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. Galaxy S21 and Huawei P40 feature incredibly similar CPUs, and although the Huawei P40 has less RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
Huawei P40 counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light images and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a lot bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs, higher 60 frames per second video frame rate and a way more mega-pixels back facing camera.
The Huawei P40's memory capacity for applications and games is very similar to Galaxy S21's one, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity. Galaxy S21 features a little better battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has a 5% larger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S21 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P40. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S21, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei P40, giving up a couple features and specifications.
