The Galaxy S21 has a general score of 91.8, which is much better than the Moto G60's global score of 79.5. Both of these devices include the same Android 11 OS (Operating System). Even though Galaxy S21 and the Moto G60 were released with only a couple months difference, Galaxy S21 is incredibly thinner and extremely lighter.

Moto G60 takes better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low-light captures, and they both have the same video resolution, the Moto G60 also counts with a way higher 108 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and better 30 fps video frame rates.
