Galaxy S21 is much better than Samsung Galaxy J8, having a 91.8 score against 76.7. Samsung Galaxy S21 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has a way worse resolution camera in the back and a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos, it also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor capturing way higher quality videos and photos and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
