Comparison review
The Galaxy S21 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M40, getting a 91.8 score against 85. The Galaxy S21 design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy M40, but it's a little bit heavier. These devices work with Android OS, but Galaxy S21 has newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy M40 has Android 10 version, providing you some nice extra features.
The Galaxy S21 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy S21 has a brighter screen than Galaxy M40, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a just a little greater screen density.
Galaxy M40 features much more memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S21, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy M40 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M40 and Samsung Galaxy S21 count with incredibly similar cameras, because although the Samsung Galaxy M40 has a lot tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing lot worse quality videos and photographs, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, it also counts with higher 30 frames per second video frame rate, a lot better resolution back camera and a bigger aperture for better low-light photos and videos.
Samsung Galaxy S21 has just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
