The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a little bit better than Galaxy S21, with a 98 score against 91.8. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an older, noticeably heavier and thicker cellphone than Galaxy S21. These devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Galaxy S21 has Android 11 version.
Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a bit inferior count of pixels per inch of display, a lot worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little smaller display. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with longer battery duration than Galaxy S21, because it has a 25 percent bigger battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S21, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S21. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S21, resigning some features and specs.
