Galaxy S21 is much better than the Galaxy S4, with a 91.8 score against 79. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S21 has 11 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version, providing you lots of additional features and performance optimizations. The Galaxy S21 is a way heavier phone than the Galaxy S4, but they have the same thickness.
Galaxy S21 counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a larger screen and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution. Samsung Galaxy S21 has slightly more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy S21 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM and a larger number of cores. Galaxy S21 has a superior camera than Galaxy S4, because although it has a lesser mega-pixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a way higher video quality, a way bigger back camera sensor shooting much better quality videos and photos and a larger aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited environments.

Although Galaxy S21 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S21, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S4, resigning a couple specs and features.
